It's called a 'hangover' effect and is very common with sleeping agents. Just curious because I take them pretty regularly (prescribed, not recreationally - mostly) and, of course, am looking for the most practical method of administration. I feel totally zombified on TEMAZEPAM - not quite awake and not quite asleep either, but out of control, which makes me even more anxious. Thanks for the information James. It's good that your meds are working for you. The reason lies somewhere in the DNA and TEMAZEPAM TEMAZEPAM is what TEMAZEPAM is.
